Antarix Technology (“Antarix”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a Bengaluru‑based software studio operating the website at antarixtech.com. For the purposes of the DPDP Act, we are the “Data Fiduciary” for any personal data you submit through this site. The Data Principal is you.

02 What we collect संग्रह

We collect only the bare minimum needed to answer your enquiry and run the site. Specifically:

• Contact form submissions — your name, email, optional phone / WhatsApp number, optional company name, the service categories you ticked, project size, timeline, and the message you typed. You provide this voluntarily when you hit “Send brief”.
• Email correspondence — if you write to us directly at info@antarixtech.com, the contents of that email and any attachments you choose to send.
• Site analytics — through Google Analytics 4, anonymised page‑view data: pages visited, referrer, country, device type, approximate session duration. We do not enable Google Signals or cross‑site advertising features. We do not store raw IP addresses.
• Technical logs — standard web‑server access logs (status codes, request paths, timestamps) retained for 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
• Anti‑spam signals — Google reCAPTCHA v3 evaluates each form submission and returns a bot‑probability score. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information as described in Google’s Privacy Policy.

We do not collect: payment card details, government IDs (Aadhaar, PAN, passport), bank account numbers, biometric data, health data, or location data more precise than country.

03 How we use what we collect उपयोग

Our legal basis under the DPDP Act is your consent, expressed when you submit the contact form, and our legitimate purpose of running this website and replying to enquiries. We use the data:

• To reply to your enquiry, schedule a discovery call, and send you a written quote.
• To follow up on the enquiry up to two times if we don’t hear back — you can ask us to stop at any time.
• To understand which pages are useful in aggregate so we can improve them.
• To detect and block automated abuse of the contact form.

We do not use your data to train AI models, profile you for advertising, sell to third parties, or enrich it from third‑party data brokers.

04 Who we share with साझा

We share only with the service providers we strictly need to operate, and only for the purpose described. These are our “Data Processors”:

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — sends transactional emails (your confirmation, our internal notification). Brevo processes data on our behalf under its privacy policy.
• Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (anonymised page analytics) and reCAPTCHA v3 (form spam protection).
• Our hosting provider — an India‑region data centre that runs the antarixtech.com servers and database. Data is stored in India.

We do not sell, rent, barter or trade your personal data. We do not share it with marketing networks, ad exchanges, or data brokers. We only disclose data when required by Indian law, a valid court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Antarix and its users.

05 How long we keep it अवधि

• Active enquiries: kept while the conversation is live and for 12 months after the last meaningful contact, in case you return.
• Engaged client data: retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years to meet Indian tax and accounting record‑keeping requirements.
• Web‑server logs: 30 days.
• Analytics events: 14 months (Google Analytics default for our config).

06 Your rights under the DPDP Act अधिकार

India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you the following rights over personal data we hold about you:

• Right to access — ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the identities of any Data Processors with whom we’ve shared it.
• Right to correction & erasure — ask us to correct anything inaccurate, complete anything incomplete, or erase data you no longer want us to hold (subject to legal record‑keeping obligations).
• Right to grievance redressal — if our handling of your data is not to your satisfaction, raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (details below).
• Right to nominate — nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.
• Right to withdraw consent — withdraw your consent for any processing that depends on it, at any time, with effect for the future.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@antarixtech.com from the email address you used to contact us. We will respond within 7 business days and complete the action within 30 days.

We use only the cookies needed for the site to function correctly:

• Session cookie — remembers your current visit; expires when you close the browser.
• CSRF token cookie — protects forms against cross‑site request forgery.
• Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) — first‑party, used only for aggregate analytics with IP anonymisation enabled.

We do not use cross‑site advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social‑media tracking beacons. You can block any cookie via your browser settings without breaking the site — only the analytics signals will disappear.

08 How we protect your data सुरक्षा

• The entire site is served over HTTPS with modern TLS.
• Our database lives behind a private network — no public ports.
• Access to the admin panel is gated by strong, unique credentials and rate‑limited.
• Daily off‑site database backups, encrypted at rest.
• Only the Antarix founders and engineers strictly assigned to your project can read your enquiry data.

If we ever discover a personal‑data breach that is likely to cause harm, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and the affected users within the timelines required by the DPDP Act.

09 Children बालक

This is a B2B website intended for business owners, founders and decision‑makers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please email info@antarixtech.com and we will delete it.

10 Contact & grievance officer संपर्क

If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the “last updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Minor edits (typos, clarifications) will be made silently.
